I am so frusturated right now...

aside from my art I'm attempting to compose some sort of song on the piano, accompanying myself singing. Yet I can't write any lyrics to save my life. It's not like I have't done this before either, I've written and played a couple songs...

Anybody got any ideas? Anything? i am totally out and this song just keep spilling out of my head but there is no tune and no words....

Maybe start off how you get inspired to do your art? This might sound a bit wierd, but like..... Compare art materials that you use to daily events, like - The 'charcoal smudge of the sky' or something, you know? ^^!

I've never even tried to write a song before so I've got no idea how you would go about it!

I used to write poetry but it was more just a collection of words than anything structured...
I'm no help at all lol
My advice would be to just try to let it flow and not force it

I don't usually write anything structured either XD the whole verse-chorus-verse-chorus-bridge-chorus thing doesn't really work for me XD

chorus's suck. leave it out. start short and experimental.
write about random, wierd, childish, surreal, or snow.
write about....
microwave explosion
coffee spill
a little animal
a person going through a strange tramatic event
an inanimate object that talks
a bicycle wreck
a child made of cement
lol wikipedia

i hope some inspiration comes
